Good to know.

No. You add the places under Items in the property panel. The map can’t read a CMS collection.

The list pages through them, and the map groups nearby pins. For several hundred places, a custom solution with a database is a better fit.

The map groups nearby pins into one pin with a number, and a click zooms in. Places in the same city stay one shared pin, while the list shows them one by one. Under Pin, Cluster turns grouping off.

Right-click the place in Google Maps: the first menu entry is its latitude and longitude, and a click copies them. Enter them under Latitude and Longitude, and the map finds the country on its own.

The country shapes come from the world-atlas 110m dataset, which leaves out very small countries. The map still recognizes them as their own country, and when filtering, their pin gets a ring instead of a filled area.

Yes. The Country field is optional: left empty, the map finds the country on its own. An entry with the English name, as the list shows it, takes priority, for example for places near a border.

Partly. Under Labels you change the list’s texts, like “Worldwide”, the singular and plural for places and the empty state. Country names stay in English, and the map doesn’t translate your content.

Yes. If the component doesn’t work as described and we can’t fix it, email support@koja-studios.de within 14 days of purchase and we’ll refund you in full. This doesn’t affect your statutory rights.

Yes. Updates are free for buyers: every new version reaches your project as an update in Framer, and we keep fixing bugs and adding small improvements based on your feedback.
