Skigaudi is a multi-day winter event with many moving parts: ticket drops, multiple editions, hotel packages, add-ons, as well as a timetable, FAQ, gallery, and team info. The task was to bundle this variety of elements in such a way that the festival's energy remains palpable, whilst still allowing users to find their bearings at lightning speed – especially on mobile. At the same time, the site had to withstand peak traffic during ticket drops and make content easy to maintain for the large organising team (hotels, add-ons, FAQ, gallery, team).

A fast, high-converting platform with clear guidance: "How to get your tickets" as a common thread, prominent entry points to hotels & add-ons, timetable and FAQ information readily available at any time, as well as a strong gallery for social proof. Focus: mobile-first UX, fast loading times, clearly structured content, and a CMS with which the team can independently update editions, partners, and pages – from ticket drops to the after-movie gallery.

We streamlined the content and prioritised the key pathways around tickets, hotels and FAQs. Based on this, a clear homepage structure with concise sections and distinct CTAs was created. The focus during development was on mobile usability, clean layouts, high-performance media and quick loading times. Finally, copy polishing, SEO basics, page speed checks and a compact launch check followed – so that visitors can quickly understand, book and share.
